Wonderfully bright rooms<\/strong>, the bed facing the large glass front, open bath, walk-in closet. What can I say – here someone has known how to implement cozy, yet modern interior. Large Wellness Plus: In Refugium Lindenwirt they know how important drinking water<\/strong> is. And therefore each room has its own drinking fountain. Fed by the hotel’s forest spring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The weather was the whole time in grisaille, until the day of departure, the sun came out. For me as a wellness Addict<\/strong> no problem. I can spend days in saunas, steam baths & Co. without even miss anything. And thanks to the modern-cozy bathhouse<\/strong> in Refugium Lindenwirt comes to no boredom. On the contrary. Switching off the brine steam bath<\/strong> (beautiful tiled with black and white Mossaik), extensive sauna in the clay sauna<\/strong> with XL-window front to the garden (perfect with an infusion ceremony) or in the log cabin sauna<\/strong> in the garden. Cooling in ice water in an old wine barrel on the terrace, going for a swim in the natural sea<\/strong> (with drinkable water) or at the separate water area<\/strong> with indoor swimming pool<\/strong> (there is incidentally a textile sauna area for families with children), waterfall and massage jets. Relax in the most cozy rocking chair<\/strong> in the world in front of the fireplace<\/strong> or in the Zirbenkammerl<\/strong> (promotes restful sleep). Finally time to read and in between (to 17 hours), a delicious snack.<\/p>\n

In addition to classic treatments and beauty programs there is a wonderful feature: the tree heart tones therapy<\/strong><\/a>. This very special, developed by a medical practitioner from Passau massage is performed with the essence of the tree of life<\/strong> and a tuning fork. More will not reveal at this point. But promised: Try worth it!<\/p>\n

Culinary delights in a healthy way<\/h4>\n

The first highlight of the day (after the first view from the bed in the lush green nature) is the breakfast<\/strong>. Pre-germinated (and therefore particularly well digestible) bread from the local bakery, garden fresh fruits, \u00e0 la minute prepared egg dishes (I would like to be able to cook such omelets at home), vegan alternatives<\/strong>, delicious juices, organic teas, fair trade coffee – no wish stays unfulfilled. Should one after the abundant breakfast buffet actually noon get hungry, there is between 12-17 pm soup, salad and a main course from the buffet in the restaurant – or for people like me who do not want to get out of their cozy bathrobe – at the Bistro at the bathhouse<\/strong>. At the Evening the kitchen team shows again his complete skill of Creative five-course menus<\/strong> (always including a vegetarian alternative) or theme buffets<\/strong> as the Bavarian delicacies from Obazdn over the roast to the apple strudel with vanilla sauce. Of course I could not resist here. Despite the one or the other too much eaten calorie (clear that I had to try the Rohrnudeln yet), I was still remarkably fit after dinner. The secret:<\/strong> The healthy cuisine<\/strong> without white flour, sugar and other energy consumers. Instead, here on Xucker (low calorie and healthy sugar alternative, derived from the Birch) is set.<\/p>\n

Framework Programme for outdoor enthusiasts<\/h4>\n

For me there was no reason to leave the Refugium Lindenwirt (except for my courses for cabin sauna in the garden). When you finally have to do nothing, I’m also glad exactly savor. Do nothing. Those who wants to explore the area, can do of course at any time on your own or on guided tours<\/strong> and hikes<\/strong> or you assume interesting excursions<\/strong> to local beekeepers etc.<\/p>\n

In March the wonderful (20 meters long!) Infinity outdoor pool<\/strong> was opened. But in this new highlight to the family Geiger is not resting. Because after the major reconstruction in recent years are now the next room to be charged with an extra dose of feel-good atmosphere<\/strong>. Exactly how that looks? This is still a mystery. But in a few weeks, the curtain is lifted. And this much is certain – it will be great! One of countless reasons to come back here!<\/p>\n

In addition to the natural design of the house and the principle of respectful relationship with nature, hoteliers family Geiger has taken up the cause, with their work to make the future worth living and healthy<\/strong>. The teas are handpicked and come from organic production, the coffee is brewed from fair trade projects<\/strong>, foods are mostly from local organic farming<\/strong> and fish from certified fish farms<\/strong>. At the spa and in the rooms are only paraben and additives free natural cosmetics<\/strong> available. For table and bed linen, the Refugium Lindenwirt relies value on organic quality<\/strong> and detergents and cleaning agents are exclusively using environmentally friendly products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
