For the second time, the Selvedge Run will take place at the Berlin Fashion Week<\/strong>. With the Kulturbrauerei Berlin<\/strong> the trade fair has found a perfect location, because this historical spot symbolizes perfectly the tradition and craftsmanship, which is the concept of the Selvedge Run. Identified as \u201eTrade Show for Quality Garments and crafted Goods\u201c<\/strong> the Selvedge Run is a collection of wonderful, slow labels<\/strong> that are characterized by their quality, sustainable and fair production methods and the timelessness of their collections. A really exciting and long overdue approach. In January, I unfortunately did not make it to the Selvedge Run, but this time I will definitely go there.<\/p>\n

Here the exciting history of Japanese craftsmanship<\/strong> and the passion for denim<\/strong> are illuminated. The legendary vintage denim experts “Osaka 5”<\/strong>, who inspired many brands and made Japanese denim a synonym for quality, comment this topic. This is not just about an intense look at the denim production in Japan. Critical questions<\/strong> are also being asked about the future and development of the industry. And these can be deepened after the screening, as both the producer Kiya Babzani<\/strong> and a part of the cast will answer your questions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
