When the leaves turn into gold and copper in the autumn, nature in Leogang<\/strong> becomes an incomparable spectacle. Journey to Myself – my re-discovery of yoga<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Actually, I am a night owl – late to bed and turn around in the bed again in the morning. But already when I checked in, I looked forward to the wonderful bed and my personal pillow menu<\/strong> (cedar, neck, etc.), where I went immediately after the dinner (!). But nothing to sleep long. Something seems to me to lend Superpower, because I actually made the next morning at 8 o\u00b4clock<\/strong> (before the breakfast!) Into the Yoga session<\/strong>. Breakfast until 11 am<\/strong> – full score for it, so you start without time pressure<\/strong> into the day. No panic leaving the cuddly swallow’s nest through ugly alarm clock. And enough time for an invigorating yoga session, appetizing Nordic walking<\/strong> etc. My appetite was enormous thanks to my re-entry into yoga and so I could try some. Crisp-fresh fruit and vegetables moved in the juicer<\/strong>, delicious (regional!) Cheese specialties<\/strong> on my plate. My goodness, see the omelets<\/strong> delicious. And the honey from the honeycomb.<\/strong> And the homemade jams, spreads, tea variations, fresh breads …<\/p>\n

Hmmm, eco-certified and awarded with the “Green Toque ” <\/div><\/div><\/span><\/h4>\n

It is hard to believe that you are hungry enough for the afternoon snack<\/strong> again (also included in the pampered lodging). But the light soups, fresh salads, small food and (hmmm!) Flour dishes<\/strong> looks so delicious, that you have to try at least a little. In the evening five fantastic courses<\/strong> from the “Green Toque ” cuisine<\/a> are waiting for us in a really pleasant size. The herbs, which give every dish a wonderful flavor? Of course, also the own herb garden<\/strong>. Really regional.<\/p>\n

Enjoyment at the highest level can be found in the excellent fine dining restaurant<\/strong> “Echt. Gut Essen” (among other things,” Restaurant of the Year “from” Der gro\u00dfe Restaurant & Hotel Guide 2016″). Here gourmet chef Michael Helfrich<\/strong> conjures his wonderful creations with seasonal products from his Leogang region<\/strong> combined with his international experience<\/strong>. Tip: Absolutely reserve, because the small, fine room is quickly booked. Prima idea: For an extra charge with the dinner is charged.<\/p>\n
