Since a quarter century the eau de toilette “Cool Water” by Davidoff, a classic among men’s fragrances, makes the mensworld smell and puts us women again in raptures when the cool Cool-Water-types like Josh Holloway, Paul Walker (the actor, who died in November 2013, incidentally, was a trained marine biologist!) or, more recently, his successor, Clint Eastwood’s son Scott, plunge with their most toned bodies in the floods. Thus we can still dream about it in the future, to jump with the sexy guys even from the cliffs into the turquoise sea, Davidoff committed in the course of his “Love The Ocean” project together with the National Geographic Society for the conservation of the oceans.
What will Davidoff achieve with “love the Ocean”?
As part of the “Pristine Seas Projects”, Scientists are looking for pristine areas in the vastness of the oceans, to let this be classified as reservations. Main mission alongside the research and documentation of these habitats and its (still) diverse residents is to move governments, to create appropriate reserves in their waters and to raise public awareness of the device such protected areas.
Only one percent of the total marine area is so far under protection.
“Pristine Seas” has also placed great aims: The transformation of 20 percent of the ocean surface in livable spaces are envisaged. Fingers crossed for this fantastic project!
